Shipping Timeframes

We aim to deliver all physical products within 5–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery issues caused by the carrier

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Reshipment may require an additional fee

Digital Products

Some products (such as downloadable materials) are digital and delivered instantly via email after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No shipping is required
  • All sales are final and non-refundable once delivered
